Kajal Aggarwal on casting couch: I don't know if it actually exists

Kajal Aggarwal was recently asked about the much-talked-about issue of the casting couch in the Tamil film industry. The Pazhani actress echoed what some leading South film actresses have said so far - that she hasn't faced such situations before in the industry.

"I have been very lucky that I have never faced anything. I don't really know it actually exists (casting couch) or not," Kajal said.

She went on to add, "But all I can say is that we should teach our men to be more responsible rather than teaching our girls to be safe. And it starts in every house when the child is young."

When Rakul Preet Singh said something similar a few months ago, actresses Sri Reddy and Madhavi Latha came forward to slam her.

From then onwards Sri Reddy has been making serious allegations against Tamil and Telugu celebrities. Now, it is expected that Sri Reddy will react to Kajal's statements as well.

On the work front, Kajal was last seen in Ajith Kumar's Vivegam, while MLA was her last movie in Telugu. She is currently busy with a handful of projects.

Recently, she wrapped up a schedule in France for her upcoming Tamil film Paris Paris, which is a remake of the Hindi film Queen. The Tamil version is directed by Ramesh Aravind.
